Yoga Classes by I Love 2 Yoga

Good news for anyone looking to truly unwind during their vacation: you can join yoga classes led by Lisa from I Love 2 Yoga at De IJsvogel! A wonderful moment just for yourself, so you can relax and enjoy the rest of your stay. Sounds great, doesn’t it?

The classes will take place on the dates listed below from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. The cost for a single class is €17.50. Classes will be held with a minimum of 4 participants, and reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the class.

Types of Yoga

Lisa at ILove2Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes. Please let her know your preferences before the class so she can tailor the session to your needs if necessary. Below, you can read more about the types of yoga that Lisa teaches.

    Yin Yoga

    This is a gentle, meditative form of yoga in which poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes to stimulate the connective tissue and joints and achieve deep relaxation.

    Vinyasa Yoga

    This is a dynamic form of yoga in which movements flow seamlessly into one another to the rhythm of the breath. This style is physically more challenging and focuses on building strength and heat.

    Hatha Yoga

    This style focuses on the balance between body and mind. By masterfully performing poses and breathing techniques, you work toward greater vitality, strength, and inner peace.

    Restorative Yoga

    A very gentle style focused on restoring the nervous system. Using pillows and blocks, the body is fully supported, allowing tension to release at a deep level.

    Nidra Yoga

    A guided meditation that brings you to a state between waking and sleeping. You experience deep mental and physical relaxation, allowing your system to fully recharge in a short time.
