🐾 Off-leash area in the Wilbrinkbos | 2 km
The Wilbrinkbos is a beautiful place to explore with your dog. You can park opposite Eethuis de Heuveltjes or in the parking lot (Apeldoornsestraat 95). After your walk, you can stop by De Heuveltjes for a tasty snack and drink. They have a cozy outdoor terrace where you can sit with your dog.
🐾 Zeumeren Recreation Area | 4 km
From October 1 to May 1, dogs are welcome at Zeumeren Recreation Area. Dogs can swim, romp, play, and make other doggy friends during dog activities. Take a relaxing walk, throw a ball on the beach, and enjoy an active day outdoors. Dogs are even allowed off-leash on the beach!
🐾 Speulderbos and Sprielderbos dog walking area | 9 km
This large dog walking area is located east of Putten. It is located in one of the oldest forests in the Netherlands. Not only are the trees incredibly beautiful, but you can also see several ancient burial mounds. You can park for free at the end of Prins Hendrikweg. From this parking lot, you can walk straight into the dog walking area!
🐾 Erkemederstrand (dog beach) in Zeewolde | 20 km
Erkemederstrand is located on the Nuldernauw near Zeewolde. This off-leash area consists of a 1.5 km long dog beach and a 5 km long dike (also an off-leash area) stretching to Zeewolde. In 2018, Erkemederstrand was voted the best place to walk your dog in the Netherlands!
🐾 Harskamp dog walking area | 2 km
Your dog can really let loose in the Harskamp off-leash area! The forest covers 17 hectares and is completely fenced in, making it ideal for running, sniffing, and playing without a care in the world. You can park for free on the N310, near Hoog Buurloseweg. From the parking lot, you can walk straight into the off-leash area through the swing gate, ready for adventure!
🐾 Kootwijkerduin off-leash area
Kootwijkerduin is part of the Veluwe where dogs are allowed to run off-leash all year round. The off-leash area covers 56 hectares and is completely fenced in. It is located between the railroad crossing and the Kootwijkerduin pancake house. The area consists of lovely forest paths, sandy soil, and coniferous forests. You can park for free at the Veluwe parking lot on Nieuw Milligenseweg in Kootwijk.
