This is because of the many child-friendly facilities we offer, such as the spray park, indoor and outdoor pool, playgrounds and of course our entertainment team: the Outside Gang! In any case, you don't have to worry that your children will get bored, because at The IJsvogel every day is a new adventure!

Your stay at The IJsvogel

At our child-friendly vacation park on the Veluwe you can choose from a safari tent, chalet, lodge, vacation home or luxury villa for 2 to 8 people. Are you going with the whole family? For you we have special group accommodations for 12 to 24 people! You will have a cozy sitting area, equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom and nice bedrooms. Each accommodation has its own terrace and plenty of privacy for an unforgettable vacation. Your four-legged friend? He is of course also welcome! We have pet-friendly vacation homes. Note: the accommodations are not all pet friendly! Enjoy luxury when the kids are out and about with the entertainment team? Then rent a luxury accommodation with sauna or jacuzzi!

"We werden via de mail op de hoogte gebracht dat we eerder het huisje in mochten zonder bij te hoeven betalen, echt topservice! Bij aankomst leek er iets mis met de jacuzzi wat direct werd gecontroleerd toen wij dit aangaven. Fijne mensen, een rustige ligging en leuke dingen te doen voor de kinderen. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!"

To do's for an unforgettable vacation

For both young and old, there are plenty of things to do on and around our child-friendly vacation park in the Netherlands. For example, you'll have hours of water fun in the indoor and outdoor pool and water playground. Our entertainment team, the Outside Gang, organizes all kinds of fun activities for the children during the school vacations. Here they discover the beautiful Veluwe in a playful way! The soccer cage, indoor and outdoor playground and fishing pond will also be fun for the kids! Do you prefer a challenge with the whole family? Then reserve our Escape Box at the reception desk. With each solution you open another room in the chest containing a new task. Test your stress resistance and work together on this unique experience! In short, boredom is not an option!

Absolutely! At recreation estate The IJsvogel you can also book a family vacation last minute. There is a wide choice of various accommodations for the whole family. The advantage? All you have to do is pack your bag and you can go on vacation right away!

🐾 Is my dog welcome?

Your faithful four-legged friend is also part of the family. Therefore, we have several pet-friendly vacation homes in the Veluwe. In the vicinity you will find many dog walking areas. Very convenient!

🧒 What are fun outings with the kids?

In the Veluwe there are many activities you can do with the children. For example, go Geocaching or Game Spotting in the Veluwe. A vacation tip from us: visit Kootwijkerzand and the climbing forest! Your kids will have a perfect time here.
